Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 July 2026
Crebos ("we", "us") operates crebos.com from 70 Woodville Rd, Woodville SA 5011, Australia. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you. This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Contact form — your name, email address and the message you write.
- Server logs — standard technical logs (IP address, browser user-agent, pages requested, timestamps) kept for security and troubleshooting.
What we don't do
- No advertising or analytics cookies. No tracking pixels. No fingerprinting.
- We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- No automated decision-making that affects you legally.
Why we use your information
To reply to your enquiry, follow up on it, and keep our service secure. That's it. Legal bases where the GDPR applies: your consent (you submitted the form) and our legitimate interest in responding and in securing the site.
Storage, security and retention
Form submissions are stored on our own server infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform, EU region) with access limited to the Crebos team, transferred over HTTPS. We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then delete it. Server logs rotate automatically.
Third parties
We use Google Cloud Platform (hosting), Fontshare (font delivery), jsDelivr (script delivery). These services may see your IP address as part of serving content. We don't share your form data with anyone.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (APPs), and the GDPR if you're in the EU/EEA, you can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to our use of it. Email info@crebos.com and we'll act on it promptly. You can also complain to the OAIC (Australia) or your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above. No silent changes.
